• Orders placed on our website are considered final once payment is received.
• We reserve the right to accept or reject any order due to reasons such as product availability, errors in pricing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful purchase.

3. Cancellation Policy

• You may request cancellation only if the order has not been processed or dispatched.
• Once your order is in progress or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

4. Payments

• Payments must be made online at the time of placing the order.
• We accept secure digital payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently deliver within India only.
• Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
• Delivery timelines vary based on your location and may take 5–10 working days after dispatch.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, strikes, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

• We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once the product is delivered.
• In case you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with photos of the issue, and we’ll assist you.
• Refunds, if approved (in case of damaged items only), will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

• All products are handcrafted, and slight variations in design, size, color, or finish are normal and should not be considered defects.
• Product images on the website are for reference only; actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
